Online Retailer Guidelines

AUTHENTIC MODELS

ONLINE RETAILER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An online retailer is defined as any retailer who offers products for sale to end consumers through commercial website(s) and is supposed to
be compliant to the following rules of engagement:

Retailer must indicate its intention to become an online retailer at the time of placing the first order.
The Authentic Models logo, registered trademarks and any copyrighted images and/or text may only be used on websites which are
owned by, and under the full control of the online retailer.
The promotion of Authentic Models items by indirect online channels like Amazon, EBay, etc. is not allowed without clear, written and
upfront approval of Authentic Models which shall only be provided if and as long as retailer restricts the promotion to its own country
and doesn’t provide discounts.
All websites are subject to constant approval by Authentic Models. Retailer may only use images and/or text to offer Authentic
Models product that has either been approved and/or provided by Authentic Models.
Retailer must comply with established Authentic Models order and drop ship guidelines. Authentic Models shall not provide cross
border drop shipment service.
Authentic Models reserves the right, due to production and availability, to restrict the sale of certain products.
Retailer will not publish nor provide Authentic Models contact information, such as addresses or telephone numbers, to end consumers.
The retailer shall conduct all end consumer customer service issues directly with Authentic Models.
Return labels will only be sent to Authentic Models retailer, not directly to the end consumers. It is the retailer’s responsibility to
facilitate the return via an Authentic Models issued return label.
Retailer must remain in good financial standing with Authentic Models at all times

The decision to grant online dealer status is at the sole discretion of Authentic Models. Authentic Models reserves the right to refuse orders or terminate dealer status of retailers who do not comply with these terms and conditions.
